Find out what people have said about previous Get Fit Give Back promotions

We would like to thank Bluefit once again for the invaluable support afforded to us by the generous ‘Get Fit, Give Back’ campaign last year.

We were fortunate to receive donations totalling $1,800.

This money helped us to stage our ‘Combined Celebration’ – an end of year concert collaborating with two music groups from Lane Cove Public School.

  • Combined Celebration was held in the Regis Hall of St Ignatius College Riverview on 10 December 2023.
    • See attached program
    • See attached photos
  • Access to the Regis Hall was especially important to our whole community as there are very few performance spaces in Lane Cove and the Lane Cove Public School assembly hall was destroyed by fire in 2020.
  • Not only was the concert a huge success it was also an important event for the community as it allowed many students and families to showcase their talents and enjoy celebrating the Festive Season together in a local venue.

Financial assistance helped us to pay:

  • the Regis Hall hire fee
  • the hire of a van to transport staging risers and percussion equipment
  • Preparation of repertoire and program for the event

Thanks again to the whole Bluefit team.

Elizabeth North Primary School was lucky enough to receive a very generous $900 last year from Blue Fit.

We have been able to put this towards a new playground for our students. We are exploring our designs for this at the moment and can’t wait to get this installed and have our students active outdoors and enjoying playtime  with their friends. This was such a generous donation from Blue Fit and we are extremely grateful!

The funds we received from the Get Fit Give Back campaign finally allowed us to purchase a new fridge/freezer for our treatment room.

We had been wanting to change our medications that we use to a better and safer product but the new one had to be kept frozen and so the donation allowed that to happen

The funds provided to Emmanuel College by Bayfit Leisure Centre were effectively utilized for new sporting equipment and team uniforms
This significantly benefited the college’s sports department, providing students with greater opportunities to partake in various sporting activities.
